You are the key point of contact between our PCC/PMO partners and the WHQ product team and will ensure that communication is complete, clear and accurate throughout the product development process.   • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, industrial design, engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a product manufacturing or similar role, including documented stretch assignments, will be considered in addition to a previous or current product manufacturing role.
  • Experienced project manager with project management, critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to champion complex projects both cross-functionally and vertically within the organization.
  • Knowledge of product manufacturing concepts, materials and product manufacturing life cycle.
  • Demonstrates understanding of consumer products or hardgoods and intermediate level of knowledge:
  • Footwear pattern engineering, tooling and manufacturing processes.
  • Identify and suggest cost-effective solutions.
  • Materials, test methods, and properties and applications.
  • Read technical drawings, diagrams and/or 3D digital files.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
