Job description: Indotronics is looking for a .NET Developer part-time remote positionPosition: .NET DeveloperLocation: RemoteDuration: 8 monthsPart-time: 20 hours per weekUSC and GCThe candidate must also demonstrate the following knowledge and experience:1. 5 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining custom web applications using .NET, React, HTML, and CSS2. 5 years of experience in designing and building secure web applications and microservices3. 3 years experience in SQL4. 3 years’ experience in presenting and defending application architectures before architecture review boards or similar regulatory bodies5. 5 years of experience using Agile software development methodologies6. 5 years of experience building CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps or Gitlab7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders of varying levels of technology skills8. Knowledge of FISMA security review and ATO process9. Experience gaining an in-depth understanding of large complex software systems to isolate defects, reproduce defects, assess risk, and understand various customer deploymentsThe Contractor will deliver, but not limited to, the following:1. Maintain IRAP portal webapps built using React, CSS, JS, HTML, DynamoDB and .NET by performing necessary software/framework version upgrades, patches, etc.2. Improve IRAP portal front end, back end and related infrastructure in AWS as per user requirement.3. Update the design of the IRAP Portal webapp to meet customer needs as well as scalability, flexibility and cost optimization requirements.4. Update and maintain IRAP’s architectural artifacts and system documentation.5. Represent the IRAP team in Architecture Review Board review sessions.6. Enhance the logging, monitoring, and alerting capabilities of the IRAP portal.7. Ensure continued compliance with FISMA standards to maintain ATO for IRAP.8. Create and implement NIST 800-53 internal controls to maintain/update ATO for IRAP as well as increase the sensitivity level of IRAP.9. Build, enhance, and manage the DevOps pipeline for IRAP.10. Create data infrastructure in AWS using Terraform IaC.11.
