Currently, ManTech is looking for a motivated, career and customer-oriented expert CNO developer to join our team in Hanover. M.D.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.

Contribute independently to the designing, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of application software and systems.

Apply expert level knowledge of security concepts and networks.

Provide leadership and guidance to other CNO developers on the team.

Ensure software standards are met.

Basic Competencies:

Bachelor of Science degree and 10-12 years of relevant experience, or 14+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.

Troubleshooting/debugging experience.

Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.

CNO capability development experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in software analysis/reverse engineering.

Understand assembly programming concepts.

Experience in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g. Windows, UNIX, mobile, network devices).

Unit testing experience.

Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)

Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.

Analytical and critical thinking skills.

Experience managing/leading teams

Security Clearance Requirements:

Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph required.

Continuously operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculators, copy machines, and computer printers.
